  Melissa Monica from beginning to end was spot on in providing exceptional Customer Service! Her prompt, professional support throughout our overall experience with the insurance claim was stress free & greatly appreciated.. Her commitment to communications, follow up phone calls, and email exchange, was 5 star. As I shared with Melissa, consumers hear of bad experiences with Insurance Claims, this was not the case for my wife and I. I highly recommend if Melissa is not Frontline operations to make the necessary business adjustments promptly. She is a great reflection for Bristol West Insurance group and carries herself as a business professional from beginning to end.   I was looking for new car insurance and I received a call from Sandra Carvajal from Allstate. Let me start off by just saying she is the reason I switched my policy to Allstate. Period! She was so informative and knowledgeable but not only that she was very kind. Genuinely felt like she cared. In a world where people that are in sales of any kind can be very pushy and annoying Sandra is a breathe of fresh air. So unbelievably glad she called me! The process was effortless and the switch was quick and painless. Would definately recommend her to anyone of my family and friends!!!! If I were her boss I would give her a raise…😉 she is definately an asset to that company!
