Charge for extra tuna but put even less than normal amount and apparently they have new policy not substituting items while three days ago there was no such a policy change. There was only one employee with not so good of an attitude.

This is probably the worst value I've ever received at a Subway location. A foot-long with toppings sprinkled in as sparsely as possible for $10? It's basically a mini loaf of bread.
Maybe if I'd ordered in person instead of online, they'd have provided normal portions. Since I only ordered veggie options, it can't be expensive for them to build a decent sandwich. I'm disappointed in this service.

terrible manager terrible service, i ordered 3 platters and was quoted a price days ago. i get there to pick it up, an extra $90 because the employee misquoted me. i called yesterday to confirm the price that i was told. i let the manager know his employee told me wrong info he says he has to pay rent and how is giving me a discount gonna benefit him. as if he owns subway and sticking with what the customer was told would affect his pockets. 0 stars if i could
