  I have lost a lot of money because of the staff at this post office. I have gone there multiple times to send items from Shein and Amazon, but every time, they come up with some excuse and tell me to come back later—even though I live quite a distance away. They keep doing the same thing over and over, simply because they don't want to trouble themselves. The service was terrible, and there 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻was clear discrimination. Every time I go there, a short, thin, dark-skinned young woman—who looks quite young—tells me to come back tomorrow. I don't understand the reason for this treatment; I hope they are more careful about hiring the right people. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Gianna has been so helpful since I started going back to the UPS store. I will continue to return just because she is so great. I think she needs a raise.

  Always friendly and very efficient with all my returns ! Super quick in and out !! I will only go there for all my retuns.
