  What a disappointment! Denied service at 8pm despite the posted closing time being 9pm. The sign outside the door said "Open" but the employee blunty refused to serve.

  Fidelina has no customer service and very rude. The store and subway look’s dirty.

  Staff was very nice but bread was stale (honey wheat) & there was no ice for fountain drinks if you get a meal - wasn’t cold at all & flat to boot. Seeing other reviews seems issues w/ the soda machine are frequent & lame that they’re not addressing it.

  Avoid at all costs. They had one competent employee plus what seemed to be the owner. The employee was working solely on online orders while the line was out the door. The owner (or perhaps manager) seemed completely lost and unable to help with even the most basic sandwich. To top it off after a 40 min wait we discovered that they had no ice and would offer only warm drinks. The cherry on top was the guys terrible attitude when checking out.
