  Horrible service will not come back. Ashley was super short and rude with me and another customer while we were there. Customer service is not her strong point. If she was having a hard day she said have called off.

  Very clean store. A girl named Ashley helped me. I overheard her on the phone saying it was a customers fault for something that happened. I work in customer service so I get how annoying people can be, but those are things you don’t say in front of other customers. Makes customers think like okay well I guess this is how they would talk about me. She was very efficient and knew her stuff, but she was a bit dismissive/rude. Obviously she works there so she knows how things go…most do not. Personally, I don’t go to UPS ever.probably the same for the person who was on the phone. She just needs to work on her customer service skills and she will be an excellent employee! And I know it’s annoying to hear, but smiling really does go a long way! It doesn’t hurt and will bring customers back to your business.
