  This specific location is very poorly managed. I went there to pick up an order at 2 pm on 7/29. The staff ignore the customers. They are talking, giggling, cussing at one another and laughing. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. It is concerning to see an entire staff working during a busy lunch shift behaving like circus animals. My teenage son has more class, maturity and respect than they do! I will never go to this location. The customer service is really poor. Their poor attitude makes me concerned about how they handle cooking food for the public. I am very uncomfortable ordering from there and will not go back! I don’t know how this type of behavior is acceptable and by the other reviews I have read I am not the only one saying this! The manager/owner should be embarrassed with how the staff treats the public. They don’t address it or do anything about it. Make sure you contact Corporate and let them know if you have an unpleasant experience with the staff. It appears this is an ongoing issue at this location and the manager/owner does not care that’s why it continues and never improves! There is something wrong with the social skills of the staff that work there and they should not be working with the public! This includes the female who works the front counter during the day and all the kitchen staff making the food!

  I love their food but the fact they messed up my order 5 TIMES in a row is telling you something. Half the time most of the staff is slacking and taking around 30 minutes to do absolutely nothing. That's not even the worst of it when I showed them my order from text and I made sure they got it they messed it up. I'm dumbfounded of how clueless they are.

  This place is great, the staffs are nice, easy to talk to. Food is good. Recommend!!!

  Las alitas son como siempre, uno ya sabe lo que va a buscar. Yo he tenido buenas experiencias ahí, en general, pero hoy fue excelente, con el joven Amador, muy servicial, y me ayudó con un problema que tenía en el teléfono, para completar la orden. Excelente empleado. Gracias! :)
