One of the worst UPS locations I’ve been to. Customer service is consistently very slow, and the store always seems to be understaffed. Unfortunately, one female staff member is regularly rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, parking is extremely limited and difficult. Overall, this location is frustrating to visit. Save yourself the hassle and go to another UPS location if you can.

Joe is amazing! I first met him at the Tustin branch, and I was thrilled when he transferred to the Irvine branch after I moved to the area. He has always been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful during every interaction. I actually prefer to visit in the mornings when he’s working because he’s so efficient—he always gets me taken care of quickly while still providing excellent service. Joe consistently makes shipping and Amazon returns a pleasant experience, and his customer service is truly exceptional.
I had a wonderful experience at this UPS location while getting my Live Scan fingerprinting done for work.
Nancy helped me through the entire process, and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Talking with her felt less like a business transaction and more like having a pleasant conversation with a friend. As someone who isn't usually great at making small talk with people I don't know, I was surprised by how comfortable and welcome she made me feel.
I also want to recognize another staff member who helped me make my appointment and joined in our conversation. Her positive attitude made the visit even more memorable and helped everything go smoothly from start to finish.
Throughout the process, Nancy was efficient, well-informed, and professional. She kept everything moving quickly without making me feel rushed, and there was never a moment where time was being wasted or questions were left unanswered.
I originally chose this location simply because it was close to my workplace, but after meeting such kind and positive people, I wouldn't hesitate to drive here for any future mailing or Live Scan needs.

Parking lot is atrocious, but that’s not all…
Witnessed an employee (likely the owner) refuse return service to a disabled elderly man because he had not taped the package. She wanted him to pay $5 for her to tape it, which is not something I’ve ever heard of before at The UPS Store. Nevertheless, he left upset, confused, and without accomplishing what he was trying to do.
This is clearly a cash grab designed to make people spend money at the location when they were promised an “easy” way to return their merchandise to Amazon. But, when you have a clearly handicapped person who cannot hear you, the mature step forward is to make the moment right and use 6 inches of tape and move on with your life. That did not happen.
Not returning to this location for any reason. Reported malicious conduct to corporate.
