  New ownership is straight up terrible. They are so cheap and weird with customers. I ship about 150 packages a week and I use various boxes. Not once have I had an issue with my shipments or have heard a comment from an employee, but today, two of the employees, one of them most likely in ownership, did their best to fear-monger me into believing that my box is in adequate because it is a product box and what’s inside will be destroyed. They went through the whole charade of measuring my box and acting like it is so important to get a different box and delivered the claim that they are not a box expert, but somehow knew everything about crush weight and certifications. Ultimately all that speech was to try to sell me a box for nearly $11. Pretty embarrassing and genuinely low class behavior. I’m gonna go out of my way to not come back here because that’s just so sad. I only imagine they do this several times per day trying to chase an extra $200 from their customers. If you’re struggling that bad, just tell me I’d be glad to donate and I would be glad to bolster your expenses. I love supporting my neighborhood stores, but that bait and switch mentality is just terrible. UPDATE: I am maintaining my original review. Not only does my review stand further, but I feel even more disappointed that they decided to completely lie about this experience. This absolutely did happen, I have a tracking number to prove that this shipment was made, multiple people were at the store while it happened as well. It's very difficult to accept that a UPS store is not willing to acknowledge their bad business practices. I'm genuinely quite disappointed. Please do not believe what they are sharing here. These people are definitely not ethical in my opinion. Make sure to double check your pricing when you're paying for stuff at the store and make sure you don't fall for their convincing tactics. Shame on you to the owner and operator
