  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a frustrating and unpleasant experience at this location that I felt I had to say something. I’ve been to many UPS locations, but this one honestly had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Most of the other employees were fine, but there is a Korean woman working here whose attitude toward customers was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have actually visited this location two more times since my first visit, and unfortunately, her attitude was exactly the same every time. Each time I encountered her, she spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner. It wasn’t just a one-time misunderstanding or a bad day it happened repeatedly. I understand that employees need information from customers, but there is absolutely no reason to speak to someone as if you’re talking down to them. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this rude before, and I left feeling extremely upset and disrespected. I really hope the management takes this kind of behavior seriously and works on improving the way customers are treated. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected simply for coming in to use a service. 저는 원래 리뷰를 잘 남기지 않는데, 이곳에서 정말 너무 답답하고 불쾌한 경험을 해서 꼭 말씀드려야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 저는 지금까지 여러 UPS 지점을 이용해봤지만, 솔직히 이곳처럼 고객 서비스가 최악이었던 곳은 처음입니다. 다른 직원분들은 대부분 괜찮았지만, 여기에서 일하는 한 한국인 여성 직원분은 손님을 대하는 태도가 정말 무례하고 불쾌했습니다. 저는 사실 처음 방문한 이후에도 이곳을 두 번 더 방문했는데, 안타깝게도 그때마다 그 직원분의 태도는 똑같았습니다. 제가 그분을 만날 때마다 매우 무례하고 사람을 깔보는 듯한 말투로 대했습니다. 단순히 한 번의 오해나 그날 기분이 좋지 않았던 정도가 아니라, 반복적으로 같은 일이 있었습니다. 직원이 손님에게 필요한 정보를 물어봐야 한다는 것은 이해합니다. 하지만 그렇다고 해서 손님을 무시하거나 깔보는 듯한 말투로 이야기할 이유는 전혀 없다고 생각합니다. 솔직히 이렇게 무례한 고객 서비스를 경험한 것은 처음이고, 저는 그곳을 나오면서 정말 기분이 상하고 무시당한 느낌을 받았습니다. 이런 행동을 매장 관리자분께서 진지하게 받아들이시고, 고객을 대하는 방식이 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 단순히 서비스를 이용하기 위해 방문한 고객이 불편하거나 무시당하는 기분을 느껴서는 안 된다고 생각합니다.

  Literally using an online return that says bring items to store, scan qr code, ups store will pack, print, and ship for you. Instead they try to charge me for packing, printing and shipping. Also, Amazon is shipping things in plastic bags, and they try to tell my box is a "shelf box" so I need to buy one of their ship boxes along with packing tape. Scammers. Also way too busy. Just find a less busy and reliable place to do your shipping. Stay away.

  This is not only the best ups store in town, it is one of the nicest stores period. It’s a pleasure to come in here. Staff is accurate, helpful, and effective.
