Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had in a UPS Store.
My husband, my son, and I came in to have a simple power of attorney notarized so that a vehicle we own in Miami could be sold by our authorized representative. Before coming, we were told to print the document ourselves and bring it back. We followed those instructions exactly. Because we didn’t even have internet access at home, I had to drive elsewhere, print the document, and return to the store.
When my husband presented his ID and paperwork, the notary immediately seemed irritated and unfriendly. My husband speaks limited English, so I tried to help. I was told not to speak. My son tried to help. He was also told not to speak.
I then politely asked if the questions could be asked slowly because English is not my husband’s first language. The response was dismissive, and communication became unnecessarily difficult. Instead of helping us complete a routine notarization, the employee appeared more interested in creating obstacles than providing customer service.
The entire interaction felt hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We left and went to another UPS Store nearby. There, the staff treated us with courtesy and respect, notarized both documents without any unnecessary problems, and helped us send everything to Miami within minutes.
This employee made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Customers should never be treated this way, especially when they are simply trying to complete a basic service. If this is the standard of customer care at this location, management should seriously review how customers are being treated.
I would never return to this location and would strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere.

The staff here, such as Freddy, are super friendly and welcoming every single time I come in. I originally decided to get a mailbox at this location because my mail was being stolen while living at one of the apartment complexes owned by the Irvine Company, and choosing this UPS Store was the best decision.
I've never had an issue receiving packages here. Everything is handled smoothly and securely. The team is always happy to help, answers questions without rushing you, and genuinely makes the experience easy and stressfree.
It's clear they care about their customers, and that's why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a reliable, safe place for your mail and packages with great customer service, this is the spot.
