  Great people. Always friendly very helpful. Will carry heavy items out to the car for my wife. Who has a back issues. Highly recommend this store for anybody needing a good place to hide your stuff from Porch pirates. 🏴‍☠️

  Awful: scamming the customers, charging air freight fees ($34- $48) for local letter delivery between Irvine & Orange 11 miles. I went to another UPS store to ship the same letter from Newport Beach to Orange, costing $14.50. UPS should revoke the franchise agreement with this store.

  It was my bad luck and a bad day when I stepped into this store on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 12:20 pm. The staff member at the counter (a woman wearing glasses, counter 1 from the left) did not greet me at all. I understand they might have been busy, but there was no smile or friendliness. If this is your first time using USPS, I do not recommend this branch. The service was not helpful. I did not know that my Amazon return package needed to be packed before dropping it off. If the staff had simply explained that Amazon requires the package to be packed before returning, I would have understood. Instead, she said, “Will you send it like this? Not packed? How did you receive the original?” and then sighed at me without offering any explanation or help. There were many people in the store, and I felt very embarrassed, as it seemed like everyone was looking at me. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. If this staff member continues to treat customers this way, I believe she should seriously reconsider her customer service attitude.
