  Went in for a regular meal purchase, tired using my phone discount and the lady at the register was really rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even bother reading my coupon, simply said NO. I paid for my meal and she threw my receipt on the counter. I tired speaking to the manager over the phone and i was passed to Frank, he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and wasn’t professional at all. I even heard the lady in the register in the background saying why is she calling if her husband was the one in here just hang up. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are, i usually go over for lunch and i will not be returning back. Lost a good customer because i love subway sandwiches. Please hire better employees who actually want to work and are nice to the customers. Unbelievable!
