  Ground shipments dropped off here are super unreliable. Even when you drop off well before the 5:00 deadline, they often get held an extra day which screws up delivery commitments and makes everyone look bad. For example, out of 6 shipments dropped off on Friday, only 3 have been scanned as making it out of here and in transit from the FedEx Ground hub. The others just say "In FedEx possession"

  Fed Ex is such an inconsiderate consolidated organized crime company. They mis deliver your packages and refuse to be accountable. They refuse to talk to you. They transfer you to india, pakastan, phillipines, with rude and obnoxious outsourced customer disservice. It's impossible to talk to anyone or get any claims filed. Fed Exodous a pathetic company that gives the USA a bad name. There's nothing federal about it. And it's exasperating in reality. They should change their name to fed excrement IMHO.

  and it actually went way smoother than i thought it would. walked in to drop off a package and the lady at the counter was super nice even tho i hadnt filled out half the forms correctly. took like 2 extra minutes to help me get it sorted instead of just handing it back. we were in and out in less than 10 minutes even with a small line. felt really reaonsable for a fedex place i'd come here again over the post office any day. teh parking lot is a bit tight but thats about the only downside.

  i tried to ship a package before noon and still got the same overnight delivery that other places made me wait an extra day for. the guy at the counter was super chill and even helped me tape up this weirdly shaped box i had without charge. took maybe four minutes total from walking in the door to walking out with my receipt. felt like i was the only person in there and i wasn’t sweating over hidden fees like some other stores do. already planning on coming back next week for another box of returns.
