  Very poor service. Fedex Overnight- was supposed to receive it Friday and it's Monday and still nothing. I kept checking the tracking website, waiting by the door, and saw there was a delivery attempted update. I was home- they just keep updating saying attempt was made. I was home and waiting impatiently- nobody showed up.

  Staff is nice and helpful. I can see that a lady staff was very patient in fixing the problem of package for a young girl.

  Genuinely helpful and friendly service from the Asian man who mans the station on Fridays! No corporate feel, real human service -- best of FedEx here!

  Ground shipments dropped off here are super unreliable. Even when you drop off well before the 5:00 deadline, they often get held an extra day which screws up delivery commitments and makes everyone look bad. For example, out of 6 shipments dropped off on Friday, only 3 have been scanned as making it out of here and in transit from the FedEx Ground hub. The others just say "In FedEx possession"

  Fed Ex is such an inconsiderate consolidated organized crime company. They mis deliver your packages and refuse to be accountable. They refuse to talk to you. They transfer you to india, pakastan, phillipines, with rude and obnoxious outsourced customer disservice. It's impossible to talk to anyone or get any claims filed. Fed Exodous a pathetic company that gives the USA a bad name. There's nothing federal about it. And it's exasperating in reality. They should change their name to fed excrement IMHO.
