  This review is specifically for the gentleman Ed. I lost a package and he was so very helpful and kind despite the frustrations of the situation. If my local fedex office had such helpful staff, then I'd use fedex a lot more often instead of USPS or UPS. Thank you again Ed.

  Experienced very bad service. The employee helping me through the boxes. Did not care that there was a laptop in one of the boxes.

  The Assistant Manager Alex was so helpful in assisting me with printing and using the self service printer when he noticed I needed help. His patience, willingness to help, and customer service were greatly appreciated. He turned what could have been a more time-consuming, frustrating experience into a positive one.
