  Just wanted to return Chewy order. Be absolute sure that your package is totally ready to go. For FedEx it must meet their pretty strict specifications, otherwise they will rewrap and That is Expensive. I let them rewrap because it was a very hot summer day and I didn't want to run around gathering stuff, but still. Word to the wise: wrap your returns really really well and save yourself the frustration of FedEx having e do it for you. Just saying.....

  I have dropped off several items at this location, and most of the staff members are very nice. Today, I had to use the self-service process to email and print a label. It didn't work on the first try, but it worked on the second. That was no big deal, as technical issues can happen anytime.However, there is another older lady (not the manager) who works here whose condescending and passive-aggressive tone completely destroys the customer experience. There are already many reviews bad customer service, and this interaction makes me highly doubtful about returning in the future.
