  THIS IS THE WORST WINGSTOP I HAVE BEEN TO. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not only did they were very, very stingy with the sauce for the wings, I ordered regular fries and was charged for a large. But that's not all, they sealed the bag and the lady shouted at me that the fries were in there, but they were not. I paid for NO FRIES!!!

  Had been waiting to try this for a while, and it did not disappoint! Loved the chicken, especially with the delicious ranch dip. We got the cheddar and Korean BBQ flavors, and both were amazing. Definitely satisfied our cravings!

  They nvr answer the phone. They will pick up the phone and hang up in your face so expect to go and wait atleast 30min for your food even if you’re in a rush 🤷🏽‍♀️ when I walked in the store was empty, and this is the cashier who is picking up the phone and hanging it up 😂 just lazy it’s ridiculous. When I walked in, I asked him are they not doing phone calls anymore and he said yes… so I asked him Why did he not answer the phone and hang up in my face he had no response.

  Use caution when ordering from this Wingstop through a food delivery service. On multiple occasions, my orders have arrived with incorrect items or missing items altogether. Ordering in person seems to be a better experience since you can verify your order before leaving, which I highly recommend. What makes these issues even more frustrating is the difficulty in contacting the store to resolve them. When problems arise, getting assistance or having concerns addressed can be challenging. While mistakes can happen, the lack of responsive customer service makes the overall experience disappointing.

  Picked up lemon pepper wings tonight with the wife and she ordered boneless bbq wings it was busy but the staff was great. Shout out to the lady ALMA that was putting the orders together she was on point and hustling don't lose her because she was making that whole process function.
