  Picked up lemon pepper wings tonight with the wife and she ordered boneless bbq wings it was busy but the staff was great. Shout out to the lady ALMA that was putting the orders together she was on point and hustling don't lose her because she was making that whole process function.

  This is the second time they up charged me for all FLATS & I got 2 flats in my 8pc I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied. The works be more concerned wit flirting with guest and not double checking that customers orders are what they paid for.

  I tried ordering the food online no one ever picked up the phone to take the order. When we arrived at the restaurant they seemed to busy to even acknowledge they had customers I waited for 5mins to place a order in store no one came so we left and tried another location. They answered the phone immediately and took our order I was satisfied shout out to the location on century and central way better service

  Norma is a terrible worker. She prioritizes customers of her own race. Lies about wait times. And doesn’t weigh out her fries correctly. This is the second time I’ve had terrible customer service from her to the point where I just asked for a refund. Should really consider retraining or replacing her. As a previous manager of two different wing stops, the district manager and store owner of this one should be ashamed of the quality of this store.

  Just make sure your order is complete when leaving especially if you happen to go on a packed day. Otherwise,the service was fantastic!
