  They do not answer the phone and when they do answer they leave you on hold until you hang up... all employees that answers the phones needs to be fired they are bad for business and I can just imagine how much money they make this location miss out on just from being lazy and not wanting to do there job..please address this issue wing stop

  The food quality and the service at this location is horrible. I called the location to tell them that I was bringing the food back. A employee picked up placed me on hold for 30 minutes. The chicken was undercooked the fries were cold. The only thing that was okay was the drinks. Check your order before leaving. It’s a shame that people don’t take pride in what they do to receive a pay check. They don’t respect your money but let their check not be right for the hours that they work I’m sure they’ll be upset. Well the feeling is mutual about my money. $60.00 for some BS. Give me my coins back and I promise you never again.

  Let’s start with trying to order your food hold time is about 10 to 17 minutes before someone answers the phone. One day i called while sitting in the parking lot i could see inside the window there where no customers in the restaurant at all they still answered and put me on hold. I was waiting on hold for 13 minutes smh. Next the food the chicken is ok It’s not seasoned well some flavors just don't stick so you can’t enjoy the taste. Also i’ve had to drive my food back to the restaurant after ordering from postmates which i totally wasted my money on a delivery service if i was going to have to drive there anyway. I had to get a new order because the chicken had so many feathers still attached and fried into the chicken which makes me feel they don’t clean there chicken before frying. I’ve tried to support this business over and over because it’s so closed to my home but they always let me down i give up.

  no flavor. like they forgot to put the lemon and the pepper on it . mild sauce was watered down
