    Rexeived ecellent customers service at this ups store today when I went in for digital fingerprinting. Jarod (sorry if I misheard your name!) He was so kind, helpful, and friendly and guided me through the process so patiently. I overheard customers sounding just as pleased as I was with his,warm demeanor. He made a difficult process (for me) bearable, he got me through it! Thank you! Can't recommend this location and him highly enough!

    In and out, no wait. I did have to pay $1.50 for tape for my box, but other than that service was great

    Horrible service Yesterday Sat around waiting for one employee yesterday to help, watched two girls stand around and not help or even assist. poor customer service.
