  Very disappointing customer service. I have been trying to get an update regarding a lost package from over 1 month ago that was never sent by this store and have contacted this store multiple times by both phone and email, but I have not received a response. Every time I call the store’s phone number, the voicemail inbox is "full", so I’m unable to even leave a message. I have also sent multiple emails with follow ups and have received no response. There should at least be a way to reach someone or receive a response. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating and has left me with no answers regarding my package. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Commendable service by ups staff at inglewood with a welcome greeting smile and helping in all manners possible so that we should be worried free from any hassle while submitting our parcels. Thank you so much UPS

  Jaren and Lynn are very nice and went out of their way to help me process my return. I would definitely recommend this location to send off your packages they are very efficient.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years, and when they first opened, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You could tell it was a family-run business. The family was often there working together, even the kids helping in the back, and there was always such a positive and joyful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly. The last several times I’ve visited, the customer service has been disappointing. There’s little to no greeting or acknowledgment when you walk in, the employees seem irritated by customers coming in, and there’s very little willingness to help. On my most recent visit, both employees were standing there but directed me to use the kiosk rather than assisting me. It’s really unfortunate to see a business I’ve supported for years go downhill this way. I truly hope the customer service improves and the welcoming atmosphere this location once had returns.
