The lettuce was Wilted and brown, the paper that my Subway sandwich came in which was only one ply tore while I'm trying to eat it she didn't double wrap, they need fresher produce there

Gave me the wrong order and when it fixed it, I ordered it on Uber Eats. They said I paid $16 for a 6 inch sandwich. I told him I wanted a foot-long and they refused to help me at all. I would like a refund still.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Martha over the past year, and unfortunately tonight was the last straw. Her customer service has consistently been rude and dismissive.
During this visit, I asked to substitute a tortilla instead of bread. She refused to adjust the order, even after I offered to repay for the change. After I had already paid, she told me I should just cancel the order instead. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational.
I have also noticed behavior that made me uncomfortable while she was preparing food. There were moments where condiments were handled in a careless or unprofessional way in front of me, which raised concerns about sanitation and overall food handling standards. she was like wiping my veggies on the cutting board, as if I couldn’t see what she was doing. They proceeded to put them in my sandwich. this is right before she just complained about inventory and how they count tortillas and bread yet I asked her to restart my sandwich. She said thank you I’m gonna take this home to my neighbor.
This has not been a one-time issue, the pattern of behavior over the past two years has been consistently unpleasant. Customers deserve respectful service and proper food handling. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation.

Somebody hacked my subway app yesterday and placed a $28 order charged to my card and picked up the food from this location. I live in NEW JERSEY btw). When I called the store to report the fraud, I was hung up on. So now I will be contacting Subway’s corporate offices so they can hear how my concerns were ignored. This location is about to be in a lot of trouble.
