  Hate Fed Ex Virtual - phone system ; this just hangs up on caller no options . Trying to reach a mouth breathing person for 2 weeks and finally gave up and drove over to PS from LA to get it done . Fed Ex could have handed this with a live person on other end . Instead had to drive 3 hours from La to this location and then back . Googling you can’t easily find the location and lord forbid you try to call to get this information cause no person will answer phone and FedEx AI does not understand question Not accepting any FedEx shipments or using fed ex for my business from here on out because of hassle this had been
