  I had an amazing experience at this FedEx location thanks to Eddie. He went above and beyond to help me with my packages and genuinely took the time to think of different solutions when I was having trouble getting everything shipped. What stood out the most was his patience, positive attitude, and willingness to help. He didn’t just tell me what couldn’t be done, he actually tried to find ways to make things work and made the whole situation much less stressful. Eddie is definitely an outstanding employee and a great example of what customer service should look like. Employees like him deserve to be recognized. I truly hope management sees this because this man deserves a promotion! Thank you again, Eddie. I really appreciate all your help!

  Don’t use fedex… delivery person came to building to deliver two day package without proper equipment to carry it since it was heavy and left. Called customer support and they were not helpful, could not help get package to me first thing next day. Absolute joke of a company. Would leave negative results if I could. Awful awful awful
