  Would give 0 stars if possible. Not open during scheduled hours. Didn’t correctly receive package - and waited hour for opening

  Great beautiful location inside the shops at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa. Always quick in and out, friendly service and near a cafe with great gelato.

  Will not let me file a complaint over the phone. Fedex puts blame on the shipper and other postal services when pake doesn't arrive.
