    Went into the store on Friday with an overnight envelop provided by the store clerk. They had troubles on the computer and another rep had to assist to print receipt. They both were fumbling and seemed not completely focused. I called UPS as the package has not updated leaving the store and they asked me to go back and check in the store. I went back in today to ask and see if the package had been misplaced and the clerk was attempting to answer when someone else not identified in the store interrupted. It seemed to be the owner and they said 100% not misplaced, they have cameras although he didn't even look or attempt to look.

    The store was very well maintained, I liked how when I was greeted I was helped by an excellent worker named Tanya. Very helpful and make everything very easy for me and made my day!
