  I've been to over a dozen UPS stores and by far this is the best one I've been to providing excellent customer. Always asking questions for every detailed item before they ship out.

  Why does this place seem like it's always under construction? I'm only writing this review because I think it was the manager/supervisor who helped me today. Poor customer service from her. Didn't even make eye contact a single time as she was helping me. She kept making these short awkward silences between helping me and tapping away at her phone.

  Horrible delivery I ordered my package and it would days to give a gift to my mom and none of these UPS people could deliver it within the range of notifying me. None of not a single notification popped up that the package had arrived. I was checking in daily I was checking in the same day of the delivery and not a notification that it had arrived low and hold I checked in one hour later and it turns out that they had attempted a delivery. I live in an apartment complex. UPS did not try to contact me at all regarding the delivery on my package so now I have to wait an extra business day because of them and for the record their business days on Saturdays because they’re exclusive and they think that I have all the time in the world to wait I don’t I shouldn’t have to pay extra. that’s just greedy. I wanted my delivery package. It was supposed to be delivered today but I did not get it and I did not get it because UPS did not notify me. I was at home . It says delivery failed that the receiver was not home. That is a blade and lie and it’s disgusting that a business would lie to the people that support them.
