  As a paying patron there should be no reason I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up a package. There should be a better system in place. I got out the hospital 2 1/2 weeks ago and I don’t understand why someone filling out a form didn't allow the employee to grab my envelope. I have been paying for my PO box for almost 10 years, past employees would say ,"let me grab your package ". I think I will check out UPS stores near me in Irvine. Staff is wonderful but service is subpar!!

  I'm not going to lie, I came in feeling pretty pissed at the world. But Emma who helped me out was fantastic and even found a way to joke around with me that gave me back just a little more levity in my day. The 5 stars is entirely because of Emma in this case--fantastic customer service and compassion.
