  Super clean, easy parking and friendly staff. I have used them to drop off my FBA Amazon packages several times. They do have some cute cards and try to grab one or two each time as they are unique. I have never had an issue with my stock not arriving or being held up.

  Recently I needed some documents printed, notarized, scanned and mailed (I know). These documents meant so much to me & my family. Emma took more than a few phone calls from me while I navigated all this being done from over 6hrs away. She was able to get it all done and send me the paper copy & the digital copy that eased my mind seeing the actual signatures my kids & I had patiently waited for years. Big thank you to all the staff there for helping my kids, my family achieve the goal we have waited so long for.

  As a paying patron there should be no reason I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up a package. There should be a better system in place. I got out the hospital 2 1/2 weeks ago and I don’t understand why someone filling out a form didn't allow the employee to grab my envelope. I have been paying for my PO box for almost 10 years, past employees would say ,"let me grab your package ". I think I will check out UPS stores near me in Irvine. Staff is wonderful but service is subpar!!
