  I was able to scan my shipping label and leave the package to be sent out. I didn’t have to wait in line since I was dropping off a package ready to be shipped. 😊

  I highly recommend coming to this store for any printing services you need. I needed to make some color copies and get them laminated, as soon as I got there Elizabeth took care of it! Great service!

  I am a small business owner and had 6 prepaid packages to drop off for usps pick up. I had a recent foot injury and called ahead to see if I could get a hand with bringing in some of the boxes and if they had spots right out front -the young man said no problem. When I arrived I brought in 1 of the boxes which was a 10x10x10 cube and weighed around 12lbs and explained I had 5 more in the car....he gave me a disparaging look and indicated they had very limited space for 6 packages, He showed me an empty double shelf and said look this is the only space we have to put these and its not enough room(the shelves were EMPTY!!) in looking at the space behind the desk there was so much room and no other boxes even visible....this was actually one of the most spacious ups stores I have ever seen....I have never been met with a more "no can do" woke attitude than this experience. I explained that I usually drop off at the UPS store on algonquit or seal beach and I have never had issues dropping off ANY packages large or small. These were compact cubes easy to stack, light weight. Thinking it was close to closing and this kid probably just didn't want to help me. I feel that he somehow had a bias against me, maybe my skin color, age or whatever. I noticed there were some other negative reviews here from individuals with foreign names.... Someone needs to teach these kids customer service skills.... A local small business could have been a very good customer for this store...never again will i visit here.
