  I always have a great experience at The UPS Store! The team is always quick, professional, and takes care of all my needs. They do an amazing job explaining everything thoroughly and make the entire process easy and stress-free. A special shout-out to Andrew and Adrian for their outstanding customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to help customers. It's hard to find service this good these days. Highly recommend this location!

  I have been frequenting the UPS store at 8941 Atlanta Ave for several years, almost weekly. I decided it was time to say how much I appreciate everyone who works there, especially Andrew, Adrian and Jeremy! They are always quick to offer their assistance, doing so with a smile, and even if they are busy, they greet me by name and say they will be right with me.   Cannot believe I was charged $22 for two tiny generic passport photos printed out. Not even a digital copy. I feel like I was literally over charged. Online it says it’s $11.99 for paper photos- then I go there and it’s TWICE as much. What a rip off. Even the post office only charges $15. Never again!! The only good part about going there was that the young man who helped me was very friendly. But I still think that he charged me the wrong amount when I tried to debate it. I was pretty much shut down.
