  The lady that helped me out was incredibly kind and she knew what she was doing! She was able to customize a box to the awkward size of what I needed shipped and she had all the tools and took maybe 2 minutes (first I went to USPS but they were completely incompetent). The customer service was amazing and fast and they got everything I needed done at a solid price

  I wish I read the reviews on here before attempting to drop off my Amazon package. I agree with several others on here that this store desperately needs to work on their customer service. I stopped by to try to drop off an Amazon return. They wanted to charge me $3 tapping fee for tapping the box shut, which needs about 6 inches of their tape. I'm a small business owner for over 15 years. I know how hard it is to run a business. But it will definitely be harder if you charge for every little things. If this store were a restaurant, you'll have to pay to use their plate, their table, their chair... oh and $5 for breathing the air while you're in there. No thank you!! I'm going to my usual ups store and I won't ever be back here. And no need to pretend that you care about my experience and leave me your email for me to contact you to try to fix my negative experience

  The ladies there have been so helpful with my shipping needs this morning! Straight forward, efficient, competent! And helping a gentleman who needs to make an urgent phone call to somewhere, they demonstrated compassion and professionalism. Made me happy!

  I have no clue why this establishment currently has a 3.6 This is a five star location by every standard Manager Asia Was not only a accommodating but lended an ear during an activation period of high emotional distress She handled the transaction professionally and quickly She related to me on a personal level and a professional manner and was very very accommodating I will never return to FedEx Thank you, Asia
