  I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! Matt, the owner, runs a truly top-notch business. He and his team are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The store is clean, organized, and everything runs efficiently—you can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re shipping a package, mailing something through the post office, or need other business services, I highly recommend stopping here. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Matt and his team absolutely deliver. I’ll definitely be back!

  Great attention to detail by Dan Chi. He is a very nice, kind man. He made sure my shipment was handled properly and he is the BEST notary there! 5 stars!

  This is THE BEST UPS IN AMERICA !!!! Everything about this store is AMAZING! I have to ship a lot for work and any time I walk in the staff is so welcoming and so HELPFUL!!!

  I was trying to find info on a package. I was talking to Matt who said to email him with info. I said can I talk to manager and then he said I am the manager. Very poor customer service. He had an attitude. I said I was going to leave him a poor review…he said good luck. I normally don’t do this but I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.
