I’m extremely disappointed with the service at FedEx. The employees were very rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they acted annoyed and dismissive the entire time. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from a company that people trust with important shipments. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a shipping location.

FedEx is always reliable and quick.
I love this FedEx- I always get the help I need and the quality of printing on the self printing machines are always solid.

I called to ask a 5 second question and get a 5 second answer. Instead I got routed to a call center in the Philippines, they kept asking questions unrelated to my query, because they don’t understand some simple things about FedEx processes. I got frustrated with the lack of knowledge and drove to FedEx to ask the question
Very poor service
The sweaty large man who must be the manager was dead silent and uselessly fiddling with a computer while three people wait in line and I struggle to resize and generate image files because #nosering girl is gatekeeping the $8 resize fee on top of now three customers waiting. I wasted fifteen minutes in here with nothing to show for it but this review. Will never come here again, what a horrible Monday morning at FedEx.
