  The office is located on the 3rd floor, so you need to pass through the lobby to take the elevator. The staff are friendly, especially Thomas, who helped me return my package. The only downside is that you have to pay a handling fee because it's located inside a hotel. However, considering the distance to other FedEx Offices and the convenience of having this service inside the hotel, the fee is understandable.

  Impossible location to find and once you do, you’ll learn that at “this location” they charge a $15 handling fee to ship out pre-paid packages… what a scam

  They charge you 10 dollars service fee even if you have a prepaid return label, just because of this office is in a hotel. I refused it and went to another office.
