I love this place so much! I got my mom hooked on it too. I also use the Clearwater Location when I was out that way too. I can get just about anything done here.

This is a review in response to Robert Smith's review:
I was in that long line on Friday 1/30 and witnessed the incident he is speaking of. He was incredibly rude and beligerant towards the customer that was shipping a lot of LARGE boxes that, based on what I was overhearing, were going to cost her hundred of dollars to send. I would be indecisive too. Samantha was working with customers quickly and efficiently despite doing it with only ONE arm. Her comment wasn't sarcastic at all and I appaud her for standing up for the other customer. She was otherwise very polite to Mr. Smith who shouted at her and told her to keep her mouth shut and threw a whole temper tantrum at the manager. She handled it like a champ and continued to smile and serve the customers behind him. We take the fact that Amazon is a free service UPS offers for granted and it gives us no right to treat the girls in this store like crap. If you're having a bad day, stay home. If there's a line, go do your return at Kohls or whole foods. Leave these hardworking individuals alone and don't subject the rest of the customers in the store to your bad attitude! Keep up the good work ladies at the The UPS Store on Boulder!

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over a decade and have never had an issue — until today. What happened was unacceptable.
I waited in line for 20–25 minutes behind a customer who couldn’t decide how she wanted her packages shipped. The delay wasn’t due to volume; it was indecision. Everyone in line was frustrated.
When I finally spoke up, an employee named Samantha made an extremely unprofessional comment: “At least she’s paying.” I was there with an Amazon return — does that make me less of a customer?
I walk with a cane, I’m a double transplant patient, and I have a foot amputation. Standing for long periods is painful, and Samantha had no idea what I was dealing with. Instead of professionalism, I got sarcasm and judgment.
The cashier helping the older customer even tried to intervene, which tells me they knew the comment was inappropriate.
I’ve supported this store for over 10 years, but this experience was disappointing and disrespectful. UPS needs to address this.
