The staff is great! But unfortunately, the staff doesn’t start to open time which means that when they open nothing is ready. The register is not ready. The oven is not hot. They’re barely taking out all the vegetables and meats and breads. When the store opens, they should be ready to take orders and they’re not! (and that is lack of Management not scheduling staff properly, Staff should be scheduled at least 15 to 10 minutes prior to store opening, not when store opens )their mobile system sometimes doesn’t even take mobile orders until hours after they’ve been opened!! and there have been several times where you order on the app and you get charged but you get to the restaurant and there’s no order. The staff has no way to know that you placed and purchased and order and can’t cancel or refund. As a customer, you’re also not able to cancel an order that you placed on the app or provide feedback of order to possible get a resolution or refund
