  Was greeted opon walking in staff was polite food was good but was not what I ordered opon arriving home with food from store was not what I ordered.

  I placed an online order of the watch party bundle with extra sides to pick up after shopping at Staters. I ended up ordering an extra order of fries in the store. The order came out quickly but I was disappointed to come home and find out we didn't get a single flavor we ordered. We also received boneless instead of classic wings. I called for a refund but that required me repacking the food and driving back to return or they offered extra fries and ranch if I wanted to pick up a replacement order. Neither was worth another trip to the store to me. I don't plan on going back to Wingstop any time soon.

  Called to place order for lunch break. Was left on hold for 13 minutes. I was told to Customers in the store come before phone orders. Im sorry that is wrong!!! That is how u drive away Customer. Ever Customer matter. So for and employee to express a walk in is more important than a call in is wild...
