  I came in and ordered my sandwich and always get extra onion lots of it and I was told I could only be given a little very rude staff telling me this and very rude help when checking out don’t recommend to anyone

  I went to this subway today to pick up an online order I made and I guess I forgot to put toasted on my tuna Mind you I was watching the 2 sandwiches be made in front of me they were both almsot done I asked if they could toast my tuna right after they got done toasting the meatball and the manager Jasmine was very rude and had a nasty attitude and said it cost extra I told her I will gladly pay the extra she said theres now way to charge me I asked her well is it really that out of the way to toast it (after I just witnessed them toast my meatball for 30 seconds or elss) and she said "yes its too out of the way" so I asked for a refund because im not gonna give my money and she gladly gave me a refund I think its crazy how she would have rather wasted food than to just toast a sandwhich for SECONDS this establishment clearly does care about their customers

  I ordered a sandwich on artisan bread untoasted with no tomato no cucumber no red onion with mayo and mustard. I received a sandwich on multi grain toasted bread with tomato lettuce and cucumber. But without the mayo and mustard. My sandwich was missing four things I wanted and they added five things I didn't want. But my order didn't meet the criteria for a refund. Even though it was delivered & I had no way of taking it back to the restaurant

  adrian is a freaking goat my sandwich looked like it was sent from heaven i am not joking when i say he has great customer service 10/10 only going to subway when adrian is working fs fire music taste too.
