  Today I waited in line while Nicole took a phone call and spent 5 minutes explaining to someone how to use Pirate Ship for cheaper rates. Not only was she sending business elsewhere, she was holding up myself and 9 other people waiting in line. I finally said something to her about helping the actual customers who were present and waiting, she got snarky with me. It would have been easy for her to multitask but she refused. After my transaction she threw my box on the counter behind her. Very unprofessional.

  I have been a customer at the UPS store in Hermosa Beach for several years now. The staff provide impeccable service and are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone needing mailbox service, packing services, or really anything having to do with shipping services.

  I was quite surprised. I went to UPS twice to return packages, and the staff were quite friendly. I had prepared the boxes so that the staff only needed to attach the labels, but they said it wasn't necessary. I also had a few extra boxes, and the staff said they couldn't help me dispose of them. The largest shipping company in the US, yet they can't help a customer dispose boxes, and they don't even have a trash can in the store. I don't know if this is company policy or just specific to this store. I hope the store owner will help customers have a better experience. Your store is located in a fancy area, I feel that the store's business practices are a petty calculations. Thank you.
