    I was going in very nicely. I talked to the lady. She show me bad attitude I ask her very nicely. Can I use bathroom please ? She said no sorry no bathroom. That’s the problem. Subway going down. The customer. Service is very poor.

    I ordered for catering. Showed up and they stated they did not make my order. We confirmed that this was the correct store location. The woman working proceeded to argue and would not quickly make my order as I was the only customer in the store. I had called customer service through ecatering and they refunded my money but advised that the store owner did receive my order but did not process the order. Very poor customer service and would not work with me to make it right. Left empty handed to my event and had to go to another restaurant for quick catering since I was the one having to pick up food for our event. Very stressful and absolutely ridiculous.

    8/8/24 6pm- only lady working there has bad customer service. There's a picture advertising chicken salad on a sub or wrap..she said at that store only wraps no sub, I mention is advertised. I order and when it was time to pay, I told her I had a coupon, she said that store doesn't take paper coupon only online discount. I asked her how she said she didn't know. I looked online but it didn't give me option. So I told her I couldn't figure it out and that I would pass. She said next time ask first. I think they should put a sign on their door "no coupon accepted ". While there a costumer ask to use the bathroom to wah her hands before eating and she bluntly told her"no" another costumer asked if not to late to add vinegar&oil in his sandwich and she said too late as it was such an inconvenience. I would say 0 stars for her customer service & their own rules. No longer using that subway store.
