  THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was picking up a DoorDash order for a customer and the order was not ready although the app stated otherwise. At the moment I walked in there was only one sandwich artist behind the counter working on orders. Her coworker printed out the DoorDash order ticket but didn’t prepare my customer’s sandwich. Rather, they went on break and left all the work for her. The worker was so apologetic and kind, she immediately began preparing the order while assisting an elderly lady! While I was waiting the subway girl offered me a cookie for the wait. I told her “it’s not my order” but she still insisted. I’ll never refuse a treat, she was so sweet! Once my DoorDash order was ready, everything was neatly wrapped and packaged. All labels and seals were added. The store was quiet, but there was lots of work behind the scenes! Give this sandwich artist a raise!

  At 11:15, I was only customer. Tried to order a sub, first the only woman working took forever preparing bread for oven. Took 10 minutes to ask what I wanted to order . Asked for fresh bread and was told only had old bread and the fresh weren't ready. I don’t do day old bread. You would think they would have fresh bread lunch. I left with no food. Bad service! Won’t go back.

  Great food and quick service! The staff is always friendly and makes sure your sandwich is just how you like it. Perfect spot for a tasty and fresh meal on the go.

  Kind staff but they were flustered from long line lunch rush and burnt my sandwich and didn't think to remake it. $20 for inedible food
