  This girl working Friday night got my order wrong I'm handicap and was sitting down told her 4 times steak and cheese had a coupon got home and it's a ham and cheese now she's telling me it's my fault cause I was sitting down how's that anyways that's why my review is what it is been trying to geylt ahold of manager since Friday due to not having a car couldn't take sandwich back

  I was just here waiting in line with a couple of customers. There was only one girl working behind the counter, and she seemed very overwhelmed at at one point she yelled at somebody who was near the cash register, and then she turned through the rest of us and said get out I’m closing the store. She seemed just overwhelmed and by herself, and I felt very bad for her. I offered to buy her a soda I asked her if she was OK. She disappeared and back and so I left the store.

  Ryan sucks and does not know customer service in the slightest.the other younger guy didn’t seem to know a thing either. Ryan was loudly complaining about another coworker because he didn’t know where something was. Also, when have you ever gone to subway and they forced you to do sauce first when you asked for your veggies, then cut it all sloppy. At least bro washed his hands I guess.

  Went there 3 times .... everytime I told them what sandwich I wanted they would make a completely different one.... the things it was supposed to come with they wanted to add as an extra... I'll just go to the one on Devonshire

  ordered 1 sandwich which was made incorrectly went back into subway and they refused to remake it correctly, they basically said it was already made so too bad. totally the worst customer service i ve ever experienced. will never go back to this place again. also there are homeless always hanging out in front of store which they don't seem to mind this place is a disgrace!
