  I had a fantastic experience with Christina at Cricket Wireless! My excellent customer service started with our initial phone call, where she was incredibly polite and informative. When I arrived at the store, her in-person assistance was just as pleasant, patient, and helpful Christina went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for her!

  I’d give them zero stars if I was able to. I had a technical issue, as my phone became a brick a year after I cancelled their service. When I was there the lady on the phone told me”Can you move so I can help other customers!?” The proper way to say this is with a question, not a demand. That is not customer service. I would definitely stay away from this “authorized dealer” of Cricket, as they know no customer service, and how to talk to people that are not there to BUY a phone!
