  My phone broke went in to file a claim/see what my options are, and the guy there was rude and not helpful at all, I have insurance on my phone, just wanted some info, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, very dismissive. I went to the cricket on Florida by Red Robin instead, the customer service there is definitely way better, and the girl was knowledgeable and helped.
