  My phone broke went in to file a claim/see what my options are, and the guy there was rude and not helpful at all, I have insurance on my phone, just wanted some info, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, very dismissive. I went to the cricket on Florida by Red Robin instead, the customer service there is definitely way better, and the girl was knowledgeable and helped.

  Ulysses was my customer service representative he was very knowledgeable very helpful he answered all my questions with kindness the best part he was very trustworthy all in all he did a fantastic job this location is far better then the cricket on Florida St thank you Ulysses 😊
