  The stay was very comfortable slept good great rooms good morning breakfast was outstanding just missing the corn meal. Great refreshing drinks and the amenities are great. Will stay again in the future highly recommend. Just down side pool was small and jakuzi was small. They have a cardio and weight room open all the time. There is a Wendy's across the Best Western and more stores crossing the street. Will return to stay here again. Thank you Best Western great stay great breakfasto

  1st Room: There was a water drainage issue in both the sink and the shower, causing your feet to soak in dirty shower water. There was also issues with the TV signal and the Room phone, and the bathroom door did not lock.2nd Room: This room had the exact same water drainage issues in shower.

  Posting on behalf of a friend who stayed here recently. She said the room and staff were all a great experience. However, after checkout, she reached out to the manager as she had left her toiletries bag behind. She was assured that the staff is very diligent and will get it for her and would call her back. The manager (female) never returned her call. My friend called her, and was informed nothing was in the room. The toiletries bag contained a Dyson Airwrap, among other high value makeup and accessories. One star despite the enjoyable stay, because stealing and lying isn’t how to treat customers, especially customers that are in town for unfortunate circumstances. I will keep posting this until her items are returned.
