  Ordered a party pack at 11:30am and set the time for pick up for 2:00pm. Get to Wingstop at 2:07 and the order is still not ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if we can’t get the order when we are supposed to?

  the worker claimed my food wasn’t ready. i waited for 15 minutes until another worker asked if i had been attended and then they confirmed my food WAS ready. my order had just been sitting there for 15 minutes. i even had a designated pick up time. i’m so sad. way to ruin my day. thanks a lot. now i have to eat lukewarm chicken

  Ordered online. Went a couple minutes earlier than my pickup time but food was already ready. In and out quick. No issues. Wings are always good.
