  Long overdue..... but I use this UPS the most and Donna is always fantastic. She is both professional and friendly. I usually leave with a grin from the brief but comedic wit and banter that takes place. One time I had to print a 30 page packet for presenting to a client and she told me exactly what I needed to do for the computer, printer, and paper type. When there is a customer in front of me I also observe her patiently navigate all the permutations of Amazon return options that leave people confused. Great UPS location and thank you Donna for all you do!!

  I’ve always had a great experience at this UPS. I stop by weekly (Amazon Returns) and I’m consistently greeted with friendly, helpful service. Donna is usually the one who helps me, and she’s always quick, professional, and pleasant to work with. We always have a quick, friendly conversation, and she makes every visit quick and easy.

  I came in to do my Amazon returns and Mikya was so quick. Appreciate her multi-tasking abilities to answer phones, scan bar codes and label bags, and chat with customers while doing so. She was kind enough to help me throw away my empty bag (some other UPS stores won’t do it for you). Would totally come back.

  I had an excellent experience with Kiana at UPS. She was absolutely instrumental in helping me with a complicated 22-page fax and the return of my package. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. Her outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Kiana is a true asset to UPS, and I sincerely appreciate all of her help. Thank you, Kiana!
