  This store is close to 880 freeway in a large shopping complex with ample parking. Mail processing and Amazon returns is real quick. Friendly staff.

  The staff is very friendly. A gentlemen with glasses on 5/29/26 at 1610 was patient with my returns and kind. Thank you!

  The worst customer service I have received in my lifetime, so we arrived to drop off three packages, and they were all packed, taped and labelled and good to go; Mr Rahul Singh scanned two of them and the last one he told us to open the box and take out the package even though there was a label on it, we picked up one of the store knives to open the box and he made a huge fuss about it, saying just because we used the knife we need to buy which is just ridiculous, and why didn't he tell us that BEFORE WE WERE OPENING THE PACKAGE, i mean he was looking right at us grabbing the knife so that's crime number 1: fraud. He refused to scan the box and to ship it out without giving a reason, and he forced us to buy the knife and keep it even though we never agreed to that, hell this is over us CUTTING A BOX THAT HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH, at that point he just started fighting with us out of his mind. Horrible customer service by "Rahul Singh" I will be reporting this to the higher authorities to hopefully get him fired over this, he says he's the owner and says that he makes up his own rules instead of following the store policies.

  Ups employee was very rude. Refused to do his job. Refused service. Had to take item to another ups store. Rahul Singh was his name.
