  Customer service at this location was extremely disappointing and unwelcoming. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I stood there while the employees simply looked at me until I finally asked if I could make a return. The woman who assisted me made it very obvious through her facial expressions, body language, and tone that she did not want to help. She sighed when I mentioned the return, almost as if it was an inconvenience for her to have to assist me. Even while handling the item, her expressions made me feel as though she did not want to touch something that I had touched. She did eventually process the return, but customer service is about more than simply completing the transaction. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable, unwanted, or like they are bothering an employee for asking for assistance. If you are working in a customer-facing position, basic courtesy and professionalism matter. If someone does not want to assist customers, they should reconsider working in customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
