Very easy returns for online shopping!
Horrible customer service. The only reason this location gets one star is because it serves as a UPS drop-off point—otherwise, it would deserve none.
From the owner to the employees, the environment is consistently unwelcoming. Staff are dismissive, condescending, and apathetic, with little to no effort made to assist customers. Interactions feel judgemental, unprofessional, and at times outright disrespectful.
What stands out most is not a single bad interaction, but a pattern of behavior that reflects poorly on the way this business is run.
Customer service is clearly not a priority here. If you have any alternative locations available, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I've had enough with this location and will not be returning.
Beyond rude!! From the moment I walked into the store, no greeting from the young girl working the counter to the older woman working in the back. I was charged $3 to print a label for an Amazon return which has never happened before. I had another return that I took to another store as I will never return to this store which didn't charge me to print a label. They also greeted me with a smile at the other store. I also felt discriminated against when another customer from a different nationality came in, she was greeted with a smile! You people should not be in customer service!!!
I guess no one in that store knows how to say, ”hi welcome, how can I help you?” Customer service jobs aren’t definitely for you, go work in a warehouse instead.
