  My customer dropped off 2 packages at this store, and he was told the estimated shipping rate was 574$, then when I received the packages, the final bill ended up with 1041$ in total, because FEDEX charged me 275$ x2=550$ for 2 packages of oversized charge. Firstly, I think the associate at this store is not professional enough to let my customer knows that, otherwise we would have many options to ship instead of paying 1041$ for 2 packages from northern California to Los Angeles via FEDEX. Secondly, I would let everyone knows that FEDEX representative was very proud and hung up my call after my expression of complaints of these 2 oversized charges, no even gave me a chance to dispute these charges either from phone call or website dispute. I would give FEDEX zero score on this matter if possible since the aftersales service quality and attitude. It was a very unpleasant experience. Be aware of FedEx charging you 275$ per package for oversized without letting you know in advance!

  Está bonito agradable para Envíe estos paquetes, saques copias lo único que es su precio para los Envios, entre más rápido que quieras que llegue más elevado a es pero no particular está en buena ubicación es agradable del personal es AMABLE y si no hablas español hay una joven que habla español o bien ellos te colocan el traductor del celular

  If you need help printing and don't want to use self service don't come here. This location does not want to provide assistance. They direct you to self service immediately as you walk in. They are also not the friendliest and truly don't care to help. If you want a better experience go to the Union City location. That location actually wants to help you and provides a more customized experience for printing. They really take their time with you. Unfortunately this location has really poor customer service.
