Manager had very bad customer service also dropped my box that could had have parts that could break by dropping it to the ground the way he did instead of bending and placing my box on the ground.

Scheduled a notary appointment, clocked out of work because the latest I could make the appointment was 2:30pm, wait for 10 minutes, I cut the ever growing line to ask if we needed to wait for the notary only to be told that the notary called out sick that day. The associate would have let us wait in line if I didn't cut 3 other customers to ask. We would have appreciated a call or email or a text saying it was cancelled so I could've kept my shift but never did. UPS site doesn't have a place for feedback. We've scheduled our next appointment elsewhere and we're calling the day before to confirm.

The guy Chris is too nice. He is just too nice. He wants to service every customer to the best of his ability and that takes time.
If you want fast service, maybe look elsewhere, if you want dependable and genuine interaction with someone that cares about you and your package and your money, for every single person in the store, go here.
