  We had a terrible experienced here! Luz was horrible!! She was on her phone talking to a friend on speakerphone on the floor while making a phone order. Didn't acknowledge us at all for 10 minutes (or more). Was rude while she made our sandwiches and didn't even put my chips in the bag... didn't give me a receipt either. To top it all off there's a hair in my sandwich. NEVER going back!
