    Good sandwich Les but the district needs to assist the manager on scheduling and maintaining at least 3 people on shift maybe even four so that the costumers don’t get put last with their other store duties

    I feel for the solo employee working today, but the management at this location is failing. Having just one person manage a lunch rush and online orders is a recipe for disaster. Long waits and stressed-out staff don’t make for a good experience. Hire more people or schedule better.

    uowrToday 2/12/26 @0930 I walked in and employee didn't say a word, didn't even acknowledge me as I stood in front of her waiting for her to take my order. She was wiping down the pans and literally ignored me. I waited for a minute until I finally got her attention. There was no one there but me. I asked her if she was going to take my order and she said IN A MINUTE! REALLY? I went out to my car to get my phone and went back in. I then asked her if a Supervisor was around. She said yes and called him. I explained what happened. He is just as useless the the girl. No apologies no nothing from him. NEVER AGAIN. DONT GO THERE.

    I just experienced the absolute worst customer service from a Subway manager named Christian, who said they couldn't break a $100 bill, claiming it was no law saying they have to. There was no sign indicating they only take $20s. They disrespected me and made me wait about 25 minutes. With slow moving service and only two other customers ahead of me.When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told there was no way to contact them and that I had to scan a QR code to make this issue visible to anyone. This is how you are running a business where your managers dont care for sevice at all
