  Really appreciate Ophelia's service today! She was patient and kind when I had an issue with my mobile order and remade my sandwich without incident. Her attitude towards the situation made all the difference and thanks to her, I left the restaurant highly satisfied. Shout out Ophelia! 🙌🏼

  This is the worst subway! The employees are very very rude. I placed an order on the app when my husband went in to get the order for me the girl with the glasses was very rude. I was on the phone with my husband the whole time he was in there. I could hear the attitude she was giving him. He then told her my wife mentioned that she was supposed to get chips with the meal instead of her explaining to him that you can choose from the chips or the cookies she asked him where in the receipt do you see chips? Pretty much was talking to him like he was a kid. So she then said you ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies we only have 2 left what other cookie do you want? He asked her what are the options I could hear her sighing which means she probably rolled her eyes, and said the options are on the menu. So then he told her what other cookie he wanted and then asked her again are you sure I don’t get chips? Once again she said where do you see chips on the receipt? So then he told her well my wife is outside I’ll tell her to come in. So that’s when he came out, and I walked in I then asked her that the app asked me to choose chips I wanted so why can’t I get the chips she then tried talking to me with an attitude then tried talking to me like I was a kid so that’s when I told her to loose the attitude. She then tried to act innocent, and said what attitude? I told her don’t act like you don’t have an attitude because I heard you on the phone, and now you had one when I walked in. She then tried to be a smartass and said I wasn’t on the phone with you, you didn’t eleven call over here. I told her I was on the phone with my husband the whole time, and heard how snotty you were being. I then told the other girl to have someone tell this female about her attitude, which I know she won’t! The girl with the glasses rolled her eyes again. If you’re not a people person then working with the public isn’t for you, and should get a warehouse job instead! Reading all the other reviews I’m not the only one who’s experienced this, and yet nothing has been done!!

  I'm usually, get my sud at this location, 5 times at week. But today! Was the last time ,the Lady who takes ur order, was so unprofessional, rude and she was mad at me cus I'm trying to make my own Sub, she not listening to me I was asking for extra bacon extra chicken and she keeps getting mad and me because I keep asking for more and with the avocado she was putting the same amount of slides of the 6inc on the 12 I tell her that don't was the way to do it and she responded with a worse attitude yelling at me and I Left I never gonna come back to this location if this unprofessional worker was there I was manager for years on Subway,I'm pretty sure that she is and unprofessional worker that don't listen to the training properly

  Julius was very nice and accommodating! Normally the workers are a little disgruntled but Julius was nice and helpful!
