Cold cut trio is a basic sandwich this place can’t even keep it in stock end result they lost a sale and WASTED MY TIME. I’ve never seen a subways with two strikes NO COLD CUTS & NO OLIVES. The employee told me THEY DO NOT CARRY OLIVES. THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE SAYS YOU DO CARRY OLIVE END RESULT WASTE OF TIME AMD FALSE ADVERTISING. Get your act together. KEEP BASIC ITEMS IN STICK. Long wait to boot. 🥾

I tried to cancel the order by calling them within the same minute of placing the order but they said it’s made already ?! How is that even possible? The store was 5 miles from me so I drove there to pick up the order and they were really rude. Horrible service, on top of it they gave me the wrong order and charged me regardless.!
So not only did I drive all the way to pick up the wrong order, someone else must have gotten the wrong order too. All after hearing the rude receptionist!

Cannot believe Subway is okay with having someone like Brian from this store representing their brand. I frequently visit this Subway because it’s the closest to my house but this might just be my last time after the visit I just had. I ordered three footlong subs and came in minutes before the scheduled pick up time on the app and, not only had they not even been started despite there not being any customers in there, Brian told me it would over ten minutes for “all of this.” I said that was fine and stepped to the side until I saw him put chipotle mayo on my sandwich. This was my mistake as I didn't see it included it but I am very allergic so I asked if he could please remake it to which he responded with the worst most arrogant attitude I would never expect from someone in customer service “No. It was your mistake and im going to make it exactly as it says here,” and then proceeded to shove the receipt in my face. I told him I didn't want to die over a sandwich and that id just buy another one and he just said okay, charged me, and proceded to make the new one with the same used gloves that he used on every other sub despite me telling him Im allergic. This is not the first or second or even third time Brian completely spoils my image of subway and after this time where he showed complete disregard over, not just customer satisfaction but my literal health, I do not want to support it anymore. I even told him he had horrible customer service and he replied again very arrogantly “Oh really? Sorry you feel that way.” I understand that I made the mistake of not double checking the sauces on the app, but I do not like spending my money in a place that thinks its okay to disrespect and shame its customers. In the picture you can see how much I ended up buying.
