    I found what was essentially the perfect box to safely package my item, yet the UPS Store refused to allow me to use it simply because the exterior had a picture of a product printed on it. As long as a package is properly sealed, labeled, and compliant with shipping requirements, the appearance of the box should be irrelevant. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase one of their plain boxes for an additional $22 — not including the already excessive shipping charges. The entire experience felt less about legitimate shipping standards and more about forcing unnecessary upsells onto customers. There was no reasonable explanation provided because, frankly, there does not appear to be a logical or customer-focused justification for the policy. It was inconvenient, wasteful, and completely unnecessary. Customer service should focus on helping customers ship items efficiently and affordably, not creating artificial obstacles in order to sell overpriced packaging materials. Based on this experience, I will not return, and I cannot recommend this business to others.

    I really wish there was a different local location where jobs would send us to for background fingerprinting checks. I’ve never had an issue with my fingerprinting coming back incorrect on the businesses fault. I remember months ago I had to go to this location 3 times to re-do my fingerprinting and ended up having to let the job go because the process prolonged past the time for me needing to get this done - now I am in the same boat with my fingerprinting being rejected because mine again was done incorrectly. And what’s more frustrating is, I was being helped by a cashier who was nice and friendly very helpful as they all are it’s amazing each visit with the staff BUT the manager I’m assuming who I wrote a review about last time as well as the employee who worked together to do my fingerprinting stepped in and did my fingerprinting ones again (Caitlyn I think is her name; the manager of the store) and once again she stepped in to do my fingerprinting stared me down the moment I walked in and now I got a call from the job im awaiting to start that it was done incorrectly and I’ll have to go down free of charge this time but next time I’ll have to pay or go somewhere else like last time. This is so frustrating and seems a bit personal since the other employees passed no problem but mine - got rejected. My fingerprinting check comes back within 2-3 days MAX but with this store I get the run around. I have a job to get to and bills to pay before the end of the month and now this is another set back once again with this store / manager. I have to go back to this location Monday to redo my fingerprinting once again and I’m hoping someone else can help me and do my fingerprinting properly.

    This is worst ups store there is in hanford avoid this place they lost my package 2 times at the office and they give you the dumbest escues that they are not responsible they need to look into workers staring with manger she is always on phone instead of focousing on what there doing this is upsetting when i called to let them know all they did was call 1800 nunber and make claim stop using the phones at work and concentrate this is recipt the girl gave me and for her to say that they dont know cmon now it was a creed colonge 600 worth package was open she was gonna tape it for me and now is missng no were to be found owner take a look at this and make does workers find my package
